VEHICLE CONDITION AND WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
By entering this giveaway, you acknowledge and accept that the prize vehicle is over 25 years old and is not in perfect condition. It may display signs of age such as dents, scratches, rust, and paint fading.
You agree that any issues, faults, or mechanical failures that arise after taking possession of the vehicle are solely your responsibility. Neither Two Step Garage, Mike Lake, Rex H, nor any associated sponsors will be held liable for any such matters.
The inclusion of any specific brands or products as part of the prize does not imply endorsement or official affiliation with those brands unless explicitly stated.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, Two Step Garage reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
All decisions made by Two Step Garage regarding any aspect of the giveaway are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding these decisions.
The prize vehicle will also appear on the Two Step Garage, Mike Lake & Rex H YouTube channel and social media platforms, where you can view additional details and content relating to the car.
Should the winner, due to personal circumstances, be unable to accept the vehicle, a cash alternative or buy-back option may be offered. This will be discussed with the winner but remains at the sole discretion of Two Step Garage.
ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY
Entry into this giveaway is available exclusively to customers who make a qualifying purchase through the Two Step Garage website at https://twostepgarage.com during the promotional period.
Each qualifying purchase will automatically grant the entrant a specified number of entries, as outlined on the giveaway page.
No alternative method of entry (including but not limited to email, mail-in requests, or social media engagement) is available.
By entering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and an Australian resident. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Two Step Garage, Mike Lake, Rex H, and associated sponsors are ineligible to enter.
Two Step Garage reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms or that attempt to circumvent the official entry process.
PRIZE DRAW & ANNOUNCEMENT
The winner will be selected at random and notified using the phone number provided at the time of entry.
The draw will take place via a live stream on the Mike Lake & Rex H YouTube channel using a raffle drum.
Two Step Garage will attempt to contact the winner by phone on two separate occasions.
If the winner cannot be reached by phone within 7 days, an email will be sent to the address provided during entry.
Should the winner fail to respond to either method of contact within 14 days of the final phone attempt, the prize will be forfeited and Two Step Garage reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
PRIZE DELIVERY
The winner agrees to allow reasonable time for prize delivery. If needed, alternative arrangements for collection or delivery can be made through mutual agreement. The vehicle will be delivered to your door at no cost or we can arrange & assist with pickup
DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
By entering, you consent to the use of your personal details by Two Step Garage for the purposes of administering this giveaway, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

The winner’s first name, last name, and country of residence may be published on Two Step Garage, Mike Lake & Rex H social media platforms.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Two Step Garage accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by entrants as a result of participating in this giveaway or as a consequence of winning a prize.
